Today, I'm really excited to bring you my conversation with registered nurse, Sarah Goodenough because her story is nothing short of amazing. With her education and experience in the medical field, as well as her personal journey, she offers an relatable perspective and authentic inspiration to motivate others looking to become healthier. Originally from Rochester, NY, Sarah speaks to me about her life growing up, her college years and what physical and emotional factors led to her health decline, her 125-pound weight loss and journey back to living a healthy, vibrant lifestyle. I had a lot of fun with this podcast because Sarah is my age, she’s not as intimidating as a doctor and it was an in person interview. She is very outgoing and carried on a conversation that I found engaging because it was enjoyable, as well as insightful. If you want to hear someone who is genuine, kind, motivational, thoughtful and spunky, this is the episode for you. Learn how she and her business partner turned an experiment and health success story into a business that helps people get healthier.
